I produced two channeled meditation CDs in 2004: Spirit Guide Meditation and Personal Healing Meditation. Both are guided meditations. The first is purely guided but the second gives you options. You can choose a meditation based upon your level – beginner, intermediate or advanced. The Personal Healing Meditation also includes a track of harp music composed for the CD.
